Hi, 👋🏼 Colin here, one of the co-founders of Dripl.

With Dripl, our ambition is to reinvent the beverage industry. We introduce a new way of hydration with minimal climate impact and healthy alternatives in the spotlight.

With our Refill Points, we have already avoided several million single-use containers. And by 2030 that should be at least 1,000,000,000 (yes, nine zeros!). That's right, we are an ambitious startup that wants to make a global difference. The sky's the limit?

Who are we looking for 🔍

The Business Developer - Netherlands is responsible for scaling our presence and impact in the Netherlands. The mission is to execute a go-to-market strategy with an emphasis on sales pipeline management, closing and coordinating local growth tactics (marketing and sales actions).

What does this role entail? 🎁

The Business Developer for the Netherlands is responsible for:

  • Pipeline Management & Closing. Managing and successfully signing inbound and outbound leads. Bye bye drink dispenser with high emissions, hello Dripl.
  • Coordinate Growth Tactics. You translate Dripl's marketing strategy to the Dutch market. You are responsible for local actions such as events and PR. In addition, you think about the Dutch content strategy.
  • Growth Analytics. You keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to sales and marketing figures. You contribute to the internal dashboards, interpret them and translate them into concrete actions.
  • Networking. You put Dripl on the map. This includes lining up with potential partners, clients and other impact companies. You do this by attending events and looking for matching communities.

What do we expect from you? 👩🏽‍🚀

  • You have 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing and thus have a strong track record of applying sales tactics and closing deals.
  • An analytical approach when it comes to marketing and sales. You have knowledge of growth metrics, target setting and forecasting.
  • You know the basics of marketing channels and the mechanisms behind them. The customer journey is no stranger to you.
  • You will help think about Dripl's Dutch content strategy.
  • You have strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • You have organizational skills, which means you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Autonomy is a synonym.
  • Hungry (or thirsty in our case) to learn, develop yourself personally, expand your skills and grow with a rapidly evolving company.
