Dripl's mission is to reshape the beverage industry. We are introducing a revolutionary way of drinking with minimal climate impact and healthy alternatives in the spotlight.

With our Refill Points, we have already avoided several million single-use containers. And by 2030 that should be at least 1,000,000,000 (yes, nine zeros!). That's right, we are an ambitious startup that wants to make a global difference. The sky's the limit?

Who are we looking for 🔍

Are you an enthusiastic and empathetic student looking for a challenging job alongside your studies? Then join our team as a Customer Care Hero! In this role, you will not only be the voice of our company, but also play a vital role in improving our processes and communication with our customers. You will be in daily contact with customers, answering questions and understanding their needs in order to provide excellent service. Therefore, it is essential that you have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in other customer care services is definitely a plus.

Dutch is still a requirement at this time, as the majority of our clients are located in Flanders and the Netherlands. Knowledge of other languages such as English and French is also considered a plus

What does this role entail? 🎁

As a Student Customer Care Hero, you will help ensure:

  • Happy customers: As a Customer Care Intern you will be in daily contact with customers and answer their questions. Operationally, you will help build our customer satisfaction.
  • Improve customer experience: You identify customer needs and actively think about structural improvements in our communication to customers. In addition, you are responsible for preparing documents and information pages for customers as part of your duties.
  • Process Improvement: You act as an idea generator for internal operational improvements.‍
