Dripl's mission is to reshape the beverage industry. We are introducing a revolutionary way of drinking with minimal climate impact and healthy alternatives in the spotlight.

With our Refill Points, we have already avoided several million single-use containers. And by 2030 that should be at least 1,000,000,000 (yes, nine zeros!). That's right, we are an ambitious startup that wants to make a global difference. The sky's the limit?

Who are we looking for 🔍

We are looking for an inquisitive Customer Success Intern who is eager to turn theoretical knowledge into practical experience. You have big ambitions and the drive to make a real impact in a mission-driven startup team.

What does this role entail? 🎁

As a Customer Success Intern, you will be a versatile force on our team, contributing to our mission on a variety of fronts:

Happy customers: you proactively contact our customers and help them in the best and most enthusiastic way.
Improve customer experience: you will identify customer needs and think about how we can improve our customers' experience.
Activation: you think along about how to get our customers excited about our drinks and take part in kick-off events at the customer's premises.
Consumption: you monitor customer usage and intervene when necessary.
Account Management: you will build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Analytics: you closely monitor our KPIs and report them appropriately.

The content of this internship may also vary based on duration and your personal interests. With your area of expertise and Dripl's needs in mind, we will design your internship period together.
