We are looking for a full-stack business developer. A Dripl evangelist who is not shy about spreading "the Dripl word.

Dripl in a Nutshell 🍹

With Dripl, we are reinventing the beverage industry. We are introducing a new way of drinking, with minimal climate impact and healthy alternatives in the lead roles.

With our Refill Points, we have already been able to avoid several million single-use containers. By 2030, that should be at least 1,000,000,000 (yes, nine zeros!). That's right, we are an ambitious startup that wants to make a global difference. The sky's the limit?

Who are we looking for πŸ”

We are looking for a full-stack business developer. A Dripl evangelist who is not shy about spreading "the Dripl word. You will be responsible for spotting new customers and warming up these cold leads. But also taking care of our future clients and guiding them through the (well-filled) sales pipeline.

Explained in professional terms, we are looking for a generalist B2B sales profile, who has or wants to gain knowledge of both outbound lead generation and closing.

You can't make a more direct impact. Because of you, that corny, disposable, beverage dispenser is flying out, and a packaging-free Dripl Refill Point is shining in every coffee corner. ✨

What does this role entail? 🎁

  • Prospecting. Scouring the market and identifying who the new potential Dripl locations are. Manufacturing companies, tech-savvy scale-ups, co-working spaces, you know where to find them.
  • Lead generation. Calling the right people within these organizations, emailing, LinkedIn DMing, and so on. So fix appointments and fill that sales pipeline!
  • Closing. You also follow these agreements closely yourself. From the intake call to answering frequently asked questions to receiving the signed agreement 😁.
  • Networking. You put Dripl on the map. This includes lining up with potential partners, clients and other impact companies. You do this by attending events and looking for matching communities.

What do we expect from you? πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸš€

  • Sales experience, 1-2 years is ideal to have enough challenge in the job while keeping your head above water independently. Convinced this role lies without experience? Pitch us!
  • Have hunger (or thirst in our case) to learn, develop yourself personally, expand skillset and grow with a rapidly evolving company.
  • Dutch, French and English. We operate in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. Fortunately, lemonade in French is also just lemonade. Will do.
  • Being a smooth talker.
  • But also a very good listener. You know when to let your client have their say and where Dripl adds the most value for them. Listening to your team is also nice, we're in this together and we are open to constructive feedback.
  • CRM basic knowledge have πŸ§™πŸΌ You are "future-proof" and can automate where necessary. Knowledge of Hubspot is an advantage.

Practicalities πŸ”§

  • Although you will quickly get to know the entire team well, you will work most closely with the Sales Lead and fellow Business Developers.
  • We expect you to be available full-time.
  • We operate from Brussels and work out of here 2-3 days a week. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation. Flexibility is guaranteed.
