Business Operations Coordinator

You're the kind of person who looks at a to-do list with twelve items in the morning and thinks: How can I automate eight of these?

Hi, I'm Robbert, COO at Dripl.

At Dripl, we're building something that truly matters: reinventing the beverage industry. We're replacing single-use packaging and sugary soft drinks with a smart refill option. Thanks to our Refill Points, we've already prevented millions of single-use packages from being used, and by 2030, we aim to reach one billion.

We're growing rapidly across the Benelux and into new European markets. And that means our internal operations need to scale alongside us. That's why we're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator: someone who takes ownership of the backbone of Dripl's operations and actively builds it to support our next phase of growth.

What's in it for you?

You'll be joining at a time when the groundwork is still being laid, which means that what you establish now will shape how Dripl operates for years to come.

  • You’ll take on broad and meaningful responsibility—from HR administration and finance to people and culture—while working directly with the leadership team.
  • This goes hand in hand with a steep learning curve, and you gain a unique inside perspective on all aspects of a scale-up.
  • You'll work with a talented and mission-driven team and have a great time doing it.
  • In addition to a competitive salary and a flexible benefits plan, you'll receive a substantial stock option package. If Dripl succeeds, you succeed too.

Who are we seeking?

You are a generalist who thrives on variety. You're just as comfortable working with spreadsheets as you are redesigning the processes behind them. You find fulfillment in helping the people around you be more effective.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an operational, consulting, or analytical role.
  • You’re eager to learn, grow personally, expand your skill set, and develop alongside a rapidly evolving company.
  • You're comfortable switching between the details and the bigger picture, between tackling the day's priorities and building something that will scale in the future.
  • You're tech-savvy and interested in AI. You use technology to do more with less, and you're always on the lookout for smarter ways to work.
  • You're proactive and eager to learn: you ask questions, take the initiative, and don't wait for instructions.
  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. French is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or knowledge of Yuki (accounting). The same applies to e-commerce platforms.

What does this role involve?

Financial Operations: You monitor and coordinate invoicing, contract management, leasing, and payments, working with external partners as needed.

HR & People Operations: Payroll coordination, HR admin, and onboarding processes are your domain. You help build the HR policy of a scale-up and carry final responsibility for it.

Process & Automation. You have a keen eye for inefficiencies, and you take action to address them. Using tools like Notion, Zapier, and AI agents, you build workflows that free you and the team from repetitive tasks.

People & Culture: You help create a workplace that people truly enjoy. That means a well-run office, well-organized off-site events and workations, and a day-to-day environment where the team does its best work together.

Practical

  • Full-time position.
  • We are based in Brussels and require at least three days of in-office work per week.
  • A competitive compensation package with a flexible benefits plan. You’ll help build Dripl and share in its success through stock options.
  • You report directly to the COO.

Ready to build together?

Does this role feel like a good fit, even if you're not sure you meet all the requirements? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
