JBC, a Belgian family business within the Claeys Retail Group, combines sustainable fashion with a strong focus on the well-being of their employees. In June 2021, they replaced their traditional soda machines with Dripl Refill Points, setting a healthy and sustainable standard in the office.
Challenge: Healthy choices in a demanding industry
According to Katrien Vangrunderbeek, Happiness Officer at JBC, the fashion industry brings challenges:
"The workload is incredibly high, and we therefore want to give our employees the tools to deal with it better. Health and sustainability play a central role in this."
JBC wanted a refillable solution with a focus on:
- Sustainability: drastically reduce waste and sugar consumption.
- Health: Providing employees with responsible beverages.
- Inclusiveness: offering solutions that suit everyone.
The solution: Dripl Refill Points
JBC chose two Dripl Refill Points to complement their wellness program MindFuel, which focuses on movement, balance, relaxation and connection. You can read more about that here.
