Who is Jo Jacobs?
As office manager at HubSpot, she is responsible for the ins and outs of the Ghent office. Her role actually began at PieSync in 2017, where she joined as office manager. When HubSpot acquired PieSync because of the interesting software they had developed, she stayed on board as office manager. Her duties have remained largely the same: she makes sure the office runs smoothly, that there are sufficient facilities for employees and that fun activities are organized from time to time.She is also part of the HubSpot Culture team. Together with a global team of colleagues, she ensures that HubSpot's culture remains vibrant in all local offices. This includes organizing events, liaising with suppliers and local agencies, and ensuring a positive working environment for all employees.
