"Today we face a great common challenge. And that is living more ecologically" says Taoufik El Mahmoudi, Talent Manager at Ixor. "It's an element we want to take into account as much as possible as an IT company. What surprised us was how big an impact small habits have. For example, few colleagues had thought about the fact that 1 soda always equals 1 bottle or can. On top of that, it turns out that those cans can rarely be recycled and reused. There is indeed a clear common factor between Ixor and Dripl. "What really surprised us," Taoufik continues, "was the attention Dripl pays to 'ease of use' and design. These are things that are crucial in our work. An app or solution has to be intuitive and visually appealing enough. Otherwise, the user is not going to return too soon. There again, Dripl does what it should: it works smoothly, easily, and brings colleagues together at the device."

Tighten ties at workation and at the Refill Point

Ixor is the definition of "relatively small" and fine. With a team of around 60 colleagues, the corporate culture is completely different from that of the IT giants, although the projects are similar. And it also alternates between working in the office, at home and at the customer's site. 

But Ixor is actively working to create an engaged corporate culture. For example, once a year they go on a workation together. Two weeks of working together in a rented house on location brings colleagues together. In addition, Ixor colleagues can enjoy afterworks and Ixor Talks throughout the year. "But I also see in Dripl a very approachable way of getting together," Taoufik continues. "What used to be possible only at the coffee machine can now be done at the Dripl Refill Point: chatting briefly about small talk. For me, that is the informal barometer of employee well-being. That is and remains very important for Ixor."  

Continuing a healthy line

Regular sporting activities and a fruit basket in the office, at Ixor have been fixtures for some time. "Since a few weeks the Dripl drinks are also part of that," Taoufik explains. "We used to offer free soft drinks to our employees, but that really didn't quite mesh with those initiatives we use to promote a healthier lifestyle. A colleague had heard about Dripl and told me about it. Not much later, I saw Dripl itself appear. I immediately asked for more info and ordered a Tasting Box."
