Challenge: Healthy choices in a hybrid workplace

Before installation, Dripl provided a thorough induction campaign:
- Informational emails: Newsletters that prepared employees for the arrival of the Refill Point and explained how it works.
- Taste tests: Employees had the opportunity to taste and vote on their favorite flavors.
- Visual Activation: Posters and screen announcements that generated curiosity with slogans such as "Tap into something new!"
Launch Day: Flavors, workshops and more
- Tasting event: Employees were able to try all Dripl flavors and choose their favorites right away.
- Mocktail Workshops: To show that healthier drinking can also be fun and delicious.
- Interactive communication: Dripl ambassadors were on hand to answer questions and give employees directions.
Post-launch: A lasting impact
After the launch, the Dripl Refill Point became part of Visma's culture. They did this with:
- Regular updates: Newsletters kept the refill point and all sustainability topics alive.
- Flavors in the spotlight: With the "flavor of the month" concept, employees were surprised each time.
